Join Well Harvest Winning Alumina Refinery as a Legal Officer and play a pivotal role in safeguarding our corporate interests through meticulous legal oversight. You will conduct comprehensive reviews of legal documentation for all business partners and counterparties, ensuring compliance with Indonesian regulations and international standards. Your expertise will be crucial in drafting, analyzing, and providing authoritative legal opinions on contracts, agreements, and corporate policies. Tanggung Jawab
- Review and assess legal documentation for counterparties and business partners
- Provide authoritative legal opinions on contractual agreements and corporate matters
- Draft and revise contracts to ensure legal compliance and risk mitigation
- Monitor regulatory developments and advise on compliance requirements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on legal aspects of business operations
- Represent the company in legal proceedings and negotiations when required
- Develop and implement legal policies and procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law (S.H.) from an accredited institution
- Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate law or legal advisory
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Indonesian commercial law and regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Admitted to the Indonesian Bar Association
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
- Experience in mining or industrial sector is highly desirable
