You will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and managing a wide range of corporate documents, contracts, and permits. Tanggung Jawab
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various business contracts, commercial agreements, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Managing corporate legal documentation, including business permits, licenses, and statutory filings.
- Providing expert legal advice to internal departments regarding operational, regulatory, and maritime compliance issues.
- Monitoring changes in relevant Indonesian laws and regulations and advising management on potential impacts to the business.
- Handling legal disputes, litigation, and coordination with external legal counsel or government authorities when necessary.
- Ensuring all corporate governance practices align with company policy and legal requirements.
- Managing archives of legal documents and maintaining an organized legal database.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law from a reputable university.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a corporate legal role, preferably within the shipping, logistics, or transportation industry.
- Possess a valid Advocate license (PERADI) is considered a strong advantage.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Indonesian corporate law, contract law, and maritime regulations.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both in Indonesian and English.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- High level of integrity and professional ethics.
