As our Legal Officer, you will be the cornerstone of our corporate compliance and risk management framework. You will be responsible for providing high-level legal counsel, managing corporate documentation, and ensuring that all business activities align with prevailing Indonesian regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements, contracts, and legal documents to protect company interests.
- Provide proactive legal advisory and support to internal departments regarding operational, regulatory, and corporate governance matters.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian laws and regulations, including licensing, permits, and corporate filings.
- Monitor changes in legislation and provide regular updates to management on potential legal implications.
- Manage company legal databases, licensing documentation, and corporate records with high accuracy.
- Represent the company in legal interactions and liaise with external legal counsel, government agencies, and relevant stakeholders.
- Support internal dispute resolution processes and conduct thorough legal research to mitigate corporate risks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor of Laws (S1 Hukum) from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a Legal Officer role or as a Corporate Lawyer.
- Proficient understanding of Indonesian Corporate Law, Contract Law, Labor Law, and Permit Licensing.
- Possession of an active PERADI license (Advocate) is highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills with high attention to detail.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized and adept at managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
