Tanggung Jawab
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various legal contracts, agreements, and corporate documents.
- Ensuring company compliance with Indonesian labor laws, regulations, and corporate governance standards.
- Providing comprehensive legal advisory support to internal management and stakeholders.
- Managing litigation processes, dispute resolution, and correspondence with external legal counsel.
- Conducting legal research and performing risk assessments on business operations.
- Advising on intellectual property rights, trademarks, and copyright matters.
- Maintaining and organizing updated legal compliance records and company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor of Law (S1 Hukum) degree with a strong academic background.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a legal role, preferably within the FMCG, manufacturing, or corporate sector.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English; ability to draft legal documents in English.
- Strong analytical thinking, negotiation skills, and attention to detail.
- Thorough understanding of contract law, corporate law, and commercial regulations.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
