We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Legal Officer to join our dynamic team at Private Advertiser. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary legal advisor, ensuring that all corporate operations remain fully compliant with Indonesian regulations. Your expertise will be crucial in managing complex documentation, particularly regarding maritime transportation licenses such as SIUPAL (Surat Izin Usaha Perusahaan Angkutan Laut). We value candidates who can navigate the intricate landscape of legal frameworks while providing strategic advice to management to support our business growth.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the procurement, renewal, and management of all corporate licenses and permits, with a specific focus on SIUPAL and other maritime-related documentation.
- Conduct regular legal audits to ensure adherence to local and national laws, identifying potential risks and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
- Review and draft complex legal contracts, agreements, and corporate policies to protect the company's interests and ensure clarity.
- Stay abreast of changes in Indonesian labor laws, shipping regulations, and corporate governance to advise the management team accordingly.
- Collaborate with external legal counsel and government agencies to resolve regulatory issues and facilitate smooth business operations.
- Provide clear legal guidance to internal departments to ensure business practices are legally sound and ethically sound.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (S1 Hukum) from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in corporate law, with specific experience in maritime or transportation licensing (SIUPAL) highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian commercial law, labor law, and administrative regulations.
- Excellent drafting skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in legal documentation.
- Proficient in legal research and the ability to interpret complex legislative texts.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of interacting with diverse stakeholders and government officials.
- Valid Indonesian Legal Practitioner License (STIB) is a plus.
