We are currently seeking a professional and detail-oriented Legal Officer to join the First Resources team. In this pivotal role, you will support the company’s legal function by ensuring full compliance with local and international regulations. You will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documents to mitigate risks, while providing strategic legal advice to support our business objectives.

Tanggung Jawab
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Provide legal advice and counsel to management regarding corporate governance and compliance.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Manage and maintain a comprehensive legal database and document filing system.
- Conduct legal research and monitor updates in laws and regulatory frameworks relevant to the industry.
- Assist in dispute resolution, litigation support, and board meeting preparations.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a legal role, preferably within the manufacturing, plantation, or corporate sector.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Commercial Law, Company Law, and Labor Law.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Registered as an Advocate (Advokat) is a distinct advantage.
