Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and maintain all company legal compliance documentation and regulatory filings
- Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and corporate documents
- Provide legal counsel to management on operational risks and regulatory changes
- Manage intellectual property protection and trademark registration processes
- Represent the company in legal proceedings, negotiations, and dispute resolutions
- Develop and implement corporate governance policies and internal controls
- Monitor legislative updates and ensure organizational adaptation to new regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law (S.H.) from accredited Indonesian university
- Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate legal affairs or compliance
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian commercial law, labor regulations, and corporate governance
- Professional certification (Advocate/Advokat) preferred
- Excellent drafting skills with precise legal documentation abilities
- Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
- Experience with legal research tools and case management systems
