Tanggung Jawab
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documentation
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian corporate laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Provide legal counsel on business operations, risk management, and dispute resolution
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on evolving legislation affecting the company
- Manage legal documentation, filings, and corporate governance matters
- Collaborate with internal departments to address legal issues and regulatory requirements
- Represent the company in negotiations and legal proceedings when necessary
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law (S.H.) from an accredited university
- Strong understanding of Indonesian legal system and corporate regulations
- Excellent research, analytical, and drafting skills with attention to detail
- Ability to interpret complex legal information and provide practical solutions
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and sound judgment
- Team player with ability to work independently under pressure
