Tanggung Jawab
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and corporate documentation
- Provide legal counsel on compliance with Indonesian business regulations
- Manage litigation matters and dispute resolution processes
- Conduct legal research and analysis for business initiatives
- Develop and implement corporate governance policies
- Advise management on legal risks and regulatory changes
- Collaborate with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies
Kualifikasi
- Law degree (S.H.) from accredited Indonesian university
- Minimum 3 years of corporate law experience
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian commercial and regulatory law
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
- Professional certification in legal practice (advantageous)
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Experience with corporate compliance frameworks
