Selamat Sempurna is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Legal Officer to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Utara. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation and review of essential legal documents, including pertelaan (detailed apartment unit descriptions), PPJB (Pre-Sale and Purchase Agreement), and AJB (Deed of Sale and Purchase).
- Ensure strict adherence to national and local regulations governing property transactions and corporate operations.
- Conduct legal research and provide advisory opinions on complex property and corporate matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements to safeguard the company's interests and minimize liabilities.
- Organize and maintain a comprehensive legal filing system for all corporate records and documents.
- Collaborate closely with the management team to resolve legal issues arising in daily business operations.
- Represent the company in legal consultations and liaise with government authorities when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor of Laws (S.H.) degree from an accredited university.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in corporate legal or property law.
- Strong experience in preparing pertelaan, PPJB, and AJB is highly preferred.
- Excellent command of both Bahasa Indonesia and English, with superior drafting and communication skills.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian Civil Code and real estate regulations.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and high ethical standards.
