Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain all property-related legal documentation including contracts, permits, and ownership records
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian property laws, regulations, and local government requirements
- Oversee legal processes for property transactions, acquisitions, and disposals
- Conduct thorough due diligence for property investments and developments
- Prepare and review legal agreements to mitigate risks and protect company interests
- Collaborate with internal departments to provide timely legal guidance on property matters
- Monitor regulatory changes and update policies accordingly
- Represent the company in negotiations and communications with legal stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Law from an accredited university
- Minimum 2 years of experience in property law or real estate legal affairs
- Deep understanding of Indonesian property regulations and land law
- Strong analytical and document review capabilities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Proficiency in legal research and documentation management
- Certification in property law or related legal field is advantageous
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple legal processes simultaneously
