PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Artha Berkah is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Legal Officer to join our dynamic team in Muntilan. As a Legal Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our banking operations comply with all relevant laws and regulations while mitigating legal risks. You will be responsible for drafting legal documents, managing corporate contracts, and providing expert advice to internal departments to support the bank's growth and operational integrity.

Tanggung Jawab
- Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents and agreements, including credit facility agreements and collateral contracts.
- Ensure full compliance with OJK regulations and other applicable Indonesian banking laws.
- Provide comprehensive legal support and consultancy to internal departments regarding operational and credit-related issues.
- Monitor and manage litigation cases or disputes involving the bank, representing the company's interests professionally.
- Conduct legal due diligence on collateral assets to minimize risk in credit distribution.
- Maintain corporate licensing and ensure all statutory filings are accurate and submitted within deadlines.
- Monitor regulatory changes and update internal stakeholders on legal developments affecting BPR operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law (S1 Hukum) from an accredited university.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience as a Legal Officer, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
- Deep understanding of Civil Law, Banking Law, and Property Law (HT).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in preparing legal opinions and managing contract lifecycles.
- Willingness to work on-site in Muntilan, Jawa Tengah.
- Professional integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive legal information.
- Possession of a PKPA certification or an Advocate license (PERADI) is highly preferred.
