- Provide strategic legal counsel on corporate transactions, mergers, and acquisitions
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts and agreements
- Ensure regulatory compliance for banking operations and corporate activities
- Manage corporate governance matters including board meetings and shareholder communications
- Conduct legal research on emerging financial regulations and precedents
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external counsel on legal risk mitigation
- Represent the organization in regulatory inquiries and legal proceedings
Kualifikasi
- Admitted to the Philippine Bar with active license
- Bachelor's degree in Law from a reputable institution
- Minimum 3-5 years corporate law experience, preferably in banking/finance
- Expertise in contract drafting, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and precision
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite
