We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Legal Officer to join our dynamic team and contribute to our clients' success in the Indonesian market.
As a Legal Officer at Indo Ned, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between complex legal frameworks and practical business operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial contracts, agreements, and legal documents to protect client interests.
- Managing the company and client licensing processes through the Online Single Submission (OSS) Risk-Based Approach system.
- Providing expert advisory on Indonesian Investment Law, particularly regarding the establishment of Foreign Owned Companies (PT PMA).
- Conducting thorough legal research and due diligence for corporate transactions and business restructuring.
- Ensuring all business operations and client activities remain compliant with the latest Indonesian governmental regulations and regional bylaws.
- Liaising with government agencies, notaries, and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth business permit processing.
- Assisting in the preparation of corporate secretarial documents, including GMS (General Meeting of Shareholders) minutes and amendments to Articles of Association.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (S.H.) from a reputable university, with a focus on Corporate or Business Law.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a Legal Officer or Corporate Lawyer, preferably within a consultancy or law firm setting.
- Strong working knowledge of the Indonesian Omnibus Law, OSS RBA system, and Manpower regulations.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Indonesian is mandatory for drafting international-standard legal documents.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team under tight deadlines.
- Currently residing in Bali or willing to relocate to Badung/Denpasar area.
