Tanggung Jawab
- Provide legal guidance and support for police case investigations and court proceedings
- Advise management on legal compliance for palm oil plantation operations
- Manage litigation processes and dispute resolution strategies
- Review and draft legal documents, contracts, and corporate policies
- Ensure adherence to agricultural regulations and environmental laws
- Coordinate with external legal counsel and law enforcement agencies
- Develop legal training programs for operational staff
- Monitor regulatory changes affecting the palm oil industry
Kualifikasi
- S1 Law degree from accredited university with strong academic record
- Minimum 3 years of legal experience, preferably in agribusiness or corporate law
- Active advocate license (Advokat) from PERADI
- Experience in police/court case management and litigation
- Deep understanding of Indonesian agricultural regulations
- Excellent legal research and analytical skills
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- Willingness to relocate to West Kalimantan plantation site
