Indonesian Paradise Property is seeking an experienced, proactive, and detail-oriented Legal Permit & Administration Senior Staff to join our dynamic team in Balikpapan. In this role, you will lead our local Legal & Permit division end-to-end, ensuring full compliance with regional regulations, facilitating seamless project administration, and securing crucial permits for our real estate development activities.
As a Senior Staff member, you will act as a key liaison between corporate legal teams, local government officials, and internal project managers. Your expertise in navigating local regulatory environments and managing legal documentation will directly contribute to the successful execution of our property ventures in East Kalimantan.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the Legal & Permit team from end-to-end to ensure efficient workflow and high performance.
- Oversee the preparation, submission, and tracking of all local licensing and permits (such as PBG/IMB, AMDAL, and environmental permits).
- Draft, review, and finalize business contracts, agreements, and legal letters related to regional operations.
- Liaise directly with local government authorities, land offices (BPN), and community stakeholders to expedite permitting processes.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of all corporate licenses, land certificates, and legal documentation.
- Provide sound legal advice to management regarding local regulatory changes and compliance requirements.
- Handle administrative legal processes and ensure all corporate compliance deadlines are met.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Law (SH) from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in corporate legal, licensing, and permitting, preferably in the property, real estate, or construction sector.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian land laws, zoning regulations, and regional licensing procedures in East Kalimantan.
- Proven leadership capabilities with experience supervising or leading a small team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a track record of building positive relations with government agencies.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently under pressure.
- Willing to be permanently stationed or work actively in Balikpapan.
