Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end process of corporate permits, licenses, and business registrations to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Monitor and analyze changes in local and national regulations to ensure the company remains in full legal compliance.
- Draft, review, and organize company legal documents, contracts, and internal policies.
- Act as the primary liaison between Ganesha Operation and relevant government agencies or regulatory bodies.
- Conduct internal compliance audits to identify potential legal risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of all permits and legal filings to ensure timely renewals.
- Provide expert legal administrative support to senior management regarding regulatory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (S1 Hukum) from an accredited university.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in legal compliance, permit management, or a corporate legal department.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian business laws, licensing procedures, and regulatory frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex legal jargon into actionable business advice.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for effective engagement with government officials.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple regulatory deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
