PT Trans Nikel Indonesia is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Legal Project Officer to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Utara. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding the company's interests by providing comprehensive legal support, managing corporate compliance, and overseeing complex contract lifecycles. This position requires a proactive professional capable of identifying potential legal risks and developing mitigation strategies to ensure seamless operational continuity in a fast-paced industry.
You will be responsible for bridge-building between legal mandates and project requirements, ensuring that all business activities align with local regulations and internal corporate policies. Tanggung Jawab
- Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts and legal agreements to protect company interests.
- Monitor and ensure organizational compliance with Indonesian laws, regulations, and industry-specific standards.
- Identify and assess legal risks associated with company operations and provide actionable mitigation recommendations.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure legal documents are processed, executed, and archived efficiently.
- Manage external legal counsel and oversee active litigation files or administrative disputes.
- Develop and update internal legal policies, standard operating procedures, and compliance frameworks.
- Assist in the preparation of corporate filings and ensure timely submission to government authorities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Law from a reputable university.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in corporate law, legal consulting, or a similar in-house role.
- Possess a valid Advocate license (PERADI) is considered a strong advantage.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian corporate law, contract law, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex legal jargon into clear business advice.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
