Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and manage all legal, regulatory, licensing, visa/KITAS, and building permit services
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian and international regulations and laws
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to mitigate legal risks
- Provide expert guidance on regulatory matters to management and staff
- Monitor changes in legislation and regulations that may impact the organization
- Manage relationships with government agencies and regulatory bodies
- Prepare and maintain legal documentation and reports
- Train staff on legal compliance and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field; Master's degree is preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal and regulatory compliance
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian legal systems, particularly in investment services
- Experience managing visa/KITAS and building permit processes
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in relevant legal software and tools
