Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and maintain attorneys' calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and court dates.
  • Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, pleadings, and presentations with high accuracy.
  • Organize and maintain both physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring all documents are easily retrievable and confidential.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail, directing inquiries appropriately.
  • Assist with basic legal research, document compilation, and case preparation as directed by legal professionals.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and process expense reports for assigned attorneys.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring professional and courteous interactions.
  • Order office supplies and manage office equipment to ensure a productive work environment.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience (2+ years) as a Legal Secretary or Administrative Assistant within a law firm or legal department.
  • Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and legal case management software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to draft professional correspondence.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • High level of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail in all work.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion and integrity.
  • Familiarity with legal terminology, procedures, and ethical guidelines is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of a High School Diploma; a bachelor’s degree or relevant secretarial/paralegal certification is a significant advantage.
