Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain physical and digital legal files, ensuring strict adherence to confidentiality protocols.
- Draft, proofread, and format legal documents, contracts, and correspondence with high attention to detail.
- Coordinate attorney calendars, schedule meetings, hearings, and travel arrangements.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for inquiries, ensuring professional communication with clients and external parties.
- Assist in the preparation of filings and reports for various regulatory and corporate bodies.
- Perform comprehensive research and gather information for ongoing legal cases and projects.
- Monitor and track deadlines, ensuring all necessary documentation is submitted in a timely manner.
- Support the office administrative needs, including processing expenses and managing office supplies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Legal Management, Political Science, Office Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a Legal Secretary or Legal Assistant, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Exceptional proficiency in MS Office Suite and legal document management software.
- Strong command of English, both written and verbal, with excellent editing and proofreading skills.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive information.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing effectively to team goals.
- Knowledge of Philippine legal procedures and document filing standards is highly preferred.
