You will be responsible for managing complex litigation files, preparing legal documentation, and coordinating with clients and counsel. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare, draft, and proofread legal correspondence, pleadings, affidavits, and memos with high accuracy.
- Manage the partner's diary, coordinate meeting schedules, and handle travel arrangements.
- Assist in the preparation of trial bundles, witness statements, and court documents.
- Conduct legal research and maintain updated case law and statutory references.
- Liaise effectively with clients, external counsel, and court officials.
- Handle file opening, closure, and file management procedures efficiently.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring strict confidentiality.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Legal Secretary, preferably within a Litigation or Arbitration team.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and legal practice management software.
- Excellent command of English with superior drafting and proofreading skills.
- Thorough knowledge of Singapore Civil Procedure and Court rules is essential.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional demeanor.
- Relevant legal qualifications or Diploma in Legal Studies are highly desirable.
