You will work closely with cross-functional departments to mitigate legal risks and provide sound legal counsel on complex business transactions, contracts, and regulatory shifts.

Tanggung Jawab
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, agreements, and corporate documentation.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian laws and regulations, including corporate governance standards and industry-specific mandates.
- Identify, assess, and provide mitigation strategies for potential legal risks associated with new business ventures and current operations.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies to manage litigation and licensing requirements.
- Advise internal stakeholders on legal implications of business decisions, including M&A activities and joint ventures.
- Maintain and update company legal archives, ensuring all permits and licenses are valid and renewed on time.
- Conduct legal research to stay updated on regulatory changes that may affect the company’s strategic goals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (S1 Hukum) from a reputable university; Master’s degree (LL.M or M.H.) is a strong plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a law firm or as an in-house legal counsel within a major corporate environment.
- Possess a valid PERADI license (Advocate license) is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian Corporate Law, Investment Law, and Contract Law.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex legal jargon into actionable business advice.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and handle high-pressure negotiations.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
