- Provide comprehensive legal advice to the company's management and departments
- Draft, review, and negotiate various types of contracts and agreements

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law (S1 Hukum) from a reputable university
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a corporate law firm
- Strong knowledge of corporate law, contract law, and regulatory compliance
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Fluency in Indonesian and English (both written and spoken)
- Professional certification (e.g., Advocate) is a plus
