Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all legal operations and provide strategic legal counsel to executive leadership
- Manage and develop a team of legal professionals, ensuring high performance and professional growth
- Ensure compliance with mining regulations, environmental laws, and corporate governance standards
- Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents
- Handle litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution matters
- Develop and implement legal policies, procedures, and risk management strategies
- Stay updated on changes in mining laws, regulations, and industry best practices
- Collaborate with other department heads to ensure alignment of legal strategies with business objectives
Kualifikasi
- Must be a member of the Philippine Bar with at least 10 years of legal practice
- Minimum of 5 years in a leadership position within a legal department
- Extensive experience in corporate law, mining regulations, and contract management
- Strong knowledge of environmental laws and regulations relevant to the mining industry
- Proven track record in managing litigation and dispute resolution
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Experience in developing and implementing legal policies and risk management strategies
- Preferably with experience in the mining or heavy industry sector
