Tanggung Jawab
- Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements, including service agreements, vendor contracts, and NDAs.
- Provide expert legal counsel to internal stakeholders regarding corporate policies, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
- Maintain and update corporate secretarial documents and ensure compliance with Indonesian corporate laws and regulations.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel and government authorities when necessary for permits, licenses, and legal disputes.
- Monitor changes in legislation that may impact business operations and proactively advise management on required adaptations.
- Assist in managing litigation or alternative dispute resolution processes to protect company interests.
- Develop and implement standardized legal templates and workflows to improve operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor of Laws (SH) from a reputable university; Master’s degree (LL.M) is an advantage.
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in a corporate legal department or a reputable law firm.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian Corporate Law, Contract Law, and Employment Law.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume agreement drafting and review processes with extreme accuracy.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Advocate license (PERADI) is highly preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
