Tanggung Jawab
- Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts, agreements, and legal documentation to protect company interests.
- Ensure full compliance with local laws, regulations, and industry-specific mandates relevant to company operations.
- Maintain and organize a systematic filing system for all legal documents, permits, and corporate records.
- Coordinate with internal departments to provide legal guidance on daily operational issues and policy implementation.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation required for corporate filings and regulatory audits.
- Monitor changes in legislation and industry regulations that may impact the organization and recommend proactive adjustments.
- Support management during legal disputes or inquiries by gathering evidence and coordinating with external legal advisors.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Legal Management, Paralegal Studies, Political Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a legal or corporate compliance role.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine business laws, corporate governance, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to draft professional legal correspondence.
- High proficiency in document management and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and demonstrate strong ethical judgment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
