Tanggung Jawab
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial and corporate agreements to protect the company's interests.
- Manage the end-to-end contract administration process, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
- Develop, update, and improve standard contract templates to reflect current laws and business best practices.
- Monitor and ensure organizational compliance with internal policies and Indonesian regulatory frameworks.
- Provide expert legal support and guidance to various internal stakeholders regarding agreement terms and potential risks.
- Maintain a centralized contract database for efficient tracking, reporting, and renewals.
- Assist the legal department in preparing corporate documentation and resolving day-to-day legal inquiries.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor of Laws (Sarjana Hukum) from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a law firm or as an in-house legal counsel.
- Proven expertise in drafting and reviewing complex commercial agreements.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian corporate law, compliance, and regulatory standards.
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure, professional environment.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and contract management software.
