Join Simgroup's dynamic legal team as a Legal Specialist, where you'll provide critical strategic legal support to drive compliance and mitigate risks across employment, regulatory, and corporate domains. You'll draft and analyze legal opinions, ensure adherence to Indonesian labor laws and industry regulations, manage litigation cases, and proactively identify legal vulnerabilities in business operations. This role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders to implement robust compliance frameworks while supporting corporate transactions and contract negotiations. Ideal candidates will demonstrate exceptional analytical skills in translating complex legal concepts into actionable business strategies, ensuring organizational resilience in an evolving regulatory landscape.
Tanggung Jawab
- Provide strategic legal opinions on employment matters, labor disputes, and regulatory compliance
- Manage litigation cases, mediations, and negotiations with external parties
- Develop and implement corporate compliance programs aligned with Indonesian laws
- Review and draft contracts, policies, and corporate governance documents
- Conduct legal research on emerging regulations and industry best practices
- Advise on risk mitigation strategies for corporate operations
- Coordinate with HR and business units on employment law implementation
Kualifikasi
- S1 Law degree with minimum 3 years of experience in corporate/employment law
- Deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulatory frameworks
- Proven track record in litigation management and dispute resolution
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate legal concepts to business strategies
- Certification in corporate governance or compliance (e.g., ICSA) preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Proficient in legal research tools and contract management systems
