Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle including drafting, review, negotiation, and execution
- Ensure contractual compliance with Philippine laws, regulations, and company policies
- Provide legal guidance to Sales & Marketing teams on contractual obligations and risks
- Monitor contract performance and address compliance issues proactively
- Develop and maintain standardized contract templates and documentation
- Collaborate with external legal counsel on complex contractual matters
- Conduct legal research to support contract negotiations and dispute resolution
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
- Minimum 2 years of contract management or legal compliance experience
- Strong knowledge of commercial contracts and Philippine civil code
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in contract management software and MS Office Suite
- Certification in contract management or paralegal studies preferred
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail with ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously
