Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the legal counsel in the preparation, drafting, and review of various legal agreements and contracts.
- Manage the filing, organization, and secure maintenance of confidential legal records and corporate documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary information for litigation or compliance-related activities.
- Monitor and track deadlines for regulatory filings, license renewals, and court appearances.
- Prepare legal correspondence and notices as directed by the legal department.
- Support the team in conducting legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Ensure the strict confidentiality and integrity of all legal and corporate sensitive data.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Legal Management, Political Science, or any related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or legal support role preferred (fresh graduates with strong internships are welcome to apply).
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a high-pressure environment.
