Tanggung Jawab
- Draft, review, and finalize a wide range of legal documents, including service agreements, vendor contracts, and internal policies.
- Ensure all legal records are maintained, filed, and updated in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Provide administrative support to the legal team in preparing for meetings, hearings, and corporate compliance reviews.
- Monitor deadlines for contract renewals, filings, and other legal obligations to ensure timely compliance.
- Conduct legal research to assist in resolving internal queries and supporting operational decision-making.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to gather necessary information for document preparation.
- Maintain confidentiality of all corporate and sensitive legal information.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Legal Management, Political Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a legal or administrative role; fresh graduates with strong internship experience are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in drafting legal instruments, contracts, and business correspondence.
- Excellent knowledge of Philippine labor laws and general corporate compliance requirements.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under tight deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and legal document management software.
