Tanggung Jawab
- Review and analyze project contracts, subcontracts, and SPK documents for legal compliance
- Ensure adherence to Indonesian laws, regulations, and project-specific requirements
- Draft, revise, and finalize legal documentation including agreements and policies
- Provide timely legal advice and guidance to project management teams
- Monitor legal risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Coordinate with external legal counsel and regulatory authorities
- Maintain accurate legal documentation and compliance records
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law from a reputable Indonesian university
- Minimum 2 years of experience in legal compliance or contract review
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian commercial and construction law
- Proficient in legal research and document analysis
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail with ability to identify complex legal issues
- Proficient in Indonesian and English (written and verbal)
