Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation, filing, and processing of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, contracts, and correspondence.
- Manage and organize case files, ensuring accurate record-keeping, indexing, and secure storage of all legal documents.
- Conduct legal research to gather relevant case law, statutes, and legal precedents to support ongoing cases.
- Draft legal memoranda, notices, and reports under the supervision of senior legal personnel.
- Coordinate with court offices, government agencies, and external parties to submit documents and track case status.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, case details, and internal communications.
- Support the legal team in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and scheduling meetings.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a legal or administrative support role is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of legal terminology, procedures, and corporate governance.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and legal management software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced office environment.
