PT Mitra Unggul Berjaya is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Legal Superintendent to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Selatan. As the backbone of our corporate legal operations, you will be instrumental in safeguarding the company’s interests while facilitating sustainable business growth. This is a high-impact role requiring a seasoned legal professional who can navigate complex regulatory landscapes, mitigate organizational risks, and provide expert counsel to senior leadership.
In this position, you will oversee the full lifecycle of corporate legal matters, from contract management and compliance audits to governance and litigation support. We are looking for a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the technical expertise to ensure our operations remain compliant with Indonesian law while supporting our long-term strategic objectives.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee all corporate legal operations, ensuring full compliance with prevailing Indonesian laws and regulations.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements to protect the company's legal and financial interests.
- Develop and implement comprehensive corporate governance frameworks and internal legal policies.
- Manage legal risk assessments and provide actionable advice to management regarding potential exposures.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel and government authorities to ensure regulatory alignment.
- Supervise the maintenance of corporate licensing, permits, and legal documentation.
- Provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders regarding legal compliance and best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (S1 Hukum) from a reputable university; Master’s degree (LL.M or M.H.) is a significant advantage.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in corporate law, preferably within a multinational or reputable local firm.
- Possess a valid PERADI advocate license (Advokat).
- Deep understanding of Indonesian corporate law, labor law, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and drafting skills with a high attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage legal risks in a fast-paced commercial environment.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
