Join Surya Semesta Internusa as a Legal Supervisor and become a pivotal liaison between our organization and key regulatory stakeholders. In this critical role, you'll ensure seamless communication with the Indonesian Financial Services Authority (OJK) while driving compliance excellence across all legal operations. You'll lead strategic legal initiatives, safeguard corporate interests, and foster transparent relationships with government bodies, financial institutions, and industry partners. Tanggung Jawab
- Act as primary liaison officer between the company and regulatory bodies including OJK
- Prepare comprehensive legal compliance reports and regulatory documentation
- Oversee day-to-day legal operations and contract management processes
- Lead litigation management and dispute resolution strategies
- Develop and implement corporate governance policies
- Monitor regulatory changes and update compliance frameworks
- Coordinate cross-departmental legal reviews for business initiatives
- Manage vendor contracts and third-party legal agreements
Kualifikasi
- S1 Law degree with minimum 5 years of legal compliance experience
- Proven track record interacting with Indonesian financial regulators
- Strong understanding of OJK regulations and financial industry laws
- Certified Advocate (STRP) registration mandatory
- Advanced contract negotiation and risk management skills
- Experience managing legal teams and compliance programs
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
