- Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts, agreements, and legal documents
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian laws and international regulatory standards
- Provide legal advice on corporate governance, mergers, and acquisitions
- Manage litigation, disputes, and regulatory investigations
- Develop and implement legal policies and risk management frameworks
- Coordinate with external legal counsel and manage legal budgets
- Train internal teams on legal compliance and contractual obligations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law (S.H.) from an accredited university
- 2-3 years of experience in legal roles, preferably in corporate or retail sectors
- Expertise in contract drafting, review, and negotiation
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Indonesian commercial law and regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian
- Certification in legal compliance or contract management (preferred)
