Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all legal compliance matters for shopping center operations
- Manage and review commercial contracts with tenants, suppliers, and service providers
- Provide strategic legal advice to senior management on regulatory changes
- Lead litigation management and dispute resolution processes
- Develop and implement compliance programs for property regulations
- Supervise and mentor junior legal staff
- Conduct legal audits and risk assessments
- Coordinate with external legal counsel for specialized matters
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) with Malaysian Bar qualification
- Minimum 5 years of legal experience, preferably in retail or property law
- Proven track record in contract management and compliance
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian commercial, property, and tenancy laws
- Leadership experience managing legal teams
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Certification in risk management or compliance is advantageous
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
