Join AFC SME Finance Inc as a Legal Supervisor and lead our legal operations in the dynamic real estate mortgage financing sector. This pivotal role requires strategic oversight of compliance, risk mitigation, and contractual frameworks to ensure regulatory adherence while supporting business growth. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure complex transactions, conduct due diligence, and develop policies that balance legal precision with operational efficiency. Ideal candidates will demonstrate expertise in Philippine property law, financial regulations, and team leadership in a fast-paced financial environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all legal aspects of real estate mortgage transactions from origination to closing
- Manage contract drafting, negotiation, and execution for financing agreements
- Ensure regulatory compliance with BSP, SEC, and other financial authorities
- Conduct legal research and risk assessments for new financing products
- Lead and mentor a team of legal professionals and paralegals
- Develop and implement legal policies and standard operating procedures
- Represent the company in legal disputes and regulatory inquiries
Kualifikasi
- Law degree (Juris Doctor) from an accredited Philippine university
- At least 5 years of legal experience in real estate or mortgage financing
- Active Philippine Bar membership required
- Proven experience managing legal teams and operations
- Deep knowledge of Philippine property law and financial regulations
- Strong contract negotiation and drafting skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
