Nusantara Infrastructure is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Legal Supervisor to join our growing team in Jakarta Selatan. In this pivotal role, you will take the lead on major legal initiatives, including M&A transactions, corporate governance, and capital market compliance. You will serve as a key advisor to senior management, ensuring that all business operations align with legal frameworks and regulatory standards while fostering an environment conducive to strategic business growth.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage M&A transactions, including due diligence, deal structuring, and closing.
- Oversee corporate legal matters, board secretarial functions, and company governance.
- Ensure strict compliance with Indonesian corporate laws, OJK regulations, and capital market guidelines.
- Advise on capital market initiatives, prospectus drafting, and regulatory disclosures.
- Review and draft high-level commercial contracts, including joint ventures and service agreements.
- Develop and implement internal legal policies and risk management frameworks.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies on complex matters.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a legal role, preferably within the infrastructure or energy sector.
- Strong background in M&A, Corporate Law, and Capital Market regulations.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian Commercial Law and OJK regulations.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
- Proven track record in legal advisory, risk management, and contract negotiation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant Law degree (S1 Hukum) with a focus on Corporate or Commercial Law.
