Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee corporate governance, licensing compliance, and mining regulatory adherence across all business units
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies for legal and operational exposures
- Coordinate with regulatory bodies (Minerba, BP Batam, etc.) for licensing renewals and compliance reporting
- Provide legal advisory support to executive team on M&A, contracts, and corporate restructuring
- Lead legal due diligence processes for partnerships and commercial agreements
- Manage external legal counsel relationships and litigation portfolios
- Mentor junior legal staff and establish departmental compliance protocols
Kualifikasi
- Law degree (S.H.) from accredited Indonesian university with minimum 7 years experience
- Strong expertise in Indonesian mining regulations, corporate law, and licensing procedures
- Proven track record in regulatory coordination with government agencies
- Professional certification (Advocate/Advokat) or Master's in Law preferred
- Experience drafting complex commercial contracts and compliance documentation
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate legal concepts to business teams
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English legal terminology
