Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in preparation and review of legal documents for US litigation cases
- Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis to support case strategies
- Manage and organize litigation support documents, evidence, and discovery materials
- Coordinate with legal teams to ensure compliance with US procedural requirements
- Maintain accurate case files and documentation with strict confidentiality
- Support e-discovery processes and electronic document management
- Communicate effectively with international legal stakeholders and clients
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field from an accredited institution
- 1-3 years of experience in litigation support or legal research
- Strong understanding of US legal procedures and litigation fundamentals
- Proficiency in legal research tools and document management software
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with e-discovery processes and electronic evidence handling
