Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and develop the legal team, providing mentorship and strategic direction
- Oversee contract management, compliance programs, and legal risk assessment
- Advise senior leadership on regulatory changes and legal implications
- Represent the company in negotiations, disputes, and external legal proceedings
- Implement and maintain robust legal policies aligned with Indonesian law
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to support business objectives
- Manage vendor contracts and ensure adherence to legal standards
Kualifikasi
- Master's degree in Law (S.H./LLM) from accredited institution
- Minimum 7+ years legal experience with 3+ years in leadership role
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian commercial law and regulatory frameworks
- Proven track record in contract negotiation and dispute resolution
- Professional Advocate license (Advokat) is mandatory
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal/written)
