Rockwills Corporation Sdn Bhd is seeking a dynamic and experienced Legal Trainer to join our dedicated team. We are a leader in the industry, and we require an individual who can effectively educate and empower our franchisees and estate planners. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive training modules, conducting engaging workshops, and ensuring our team members are well-versed in complex legal frameworks and compliance requirements.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design and deliver comprehensive legal training programs for franchisees and estate planners.
- Update and maintain legal training materials to reflect current laws and regulatory changes.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements within the organization.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions and implement necessary improvements.
- Build and maintain professional networks with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Provide guidance on legal compliance and best practices to the sales and planning teams.
- Collaborate with management to align training objectives with business goals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) or a related legal qualification.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in legal training or estate planning.
- Strong working knowledge of Malaysian estate planning laws, regulations, and compliance standards.
- Excellent public speaking, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and network effectively with diverse groups of professionals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and training management tools.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team setting.
