In this pivotal role, you will act as the bridge between our company and various government agencies, local offices, and external partners, ensuring that all regulatory requirements and permits are managed efficiently.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Coordinate and manage all communications between the company and various government agencies and private institutions.
  • Prepare, process, and expedite permit applications, business clearances, and other regulatory documentation.
  • Maintain an organized tracking system for all pending applications and follow up on status updates regularly.
  • Conduct field visits to offices and sites as required to facilitate documentation and regulatory compliance.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders and agency contacts to ensure smooth processing of company requirements.
  • Support the administrative team with daily office tasks and report generation regarding liaison activities.
  • Stay updated on local government regulations and industry-specific requirements to ensure company compliance.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Liaison Officer, Administrative Assistant, or a similar role involving government transactions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and build professional rapport.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and basic office management software.
  • Willingness to travel locally within Tacloban and surrounding areas for fieldwork.
  • Must possess a proactive attitude, strong integrity, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
