- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication at all times.
- Foster and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients, vendors, and community partners to drive mutual business growth.
- Coordinate between different departments to resolve conflicts, streamline operational workflows, and enhance team collaboration.
- Organize and facilitate meetings, presentations, and corporate events to align stakeholder interests and company goals.
- Monitor stakeholder feedback and report findings to management to inform strategic decision-making and service improvements.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all liaison and customer-facing activities.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in a liaison, customer relations, or retail management role is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse groups and stakeholders.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling sensitive information.
