Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate end-to-end seafarer visa and flag applications across multiple jurisdictions
- Verify, authenticate, and process critical travel documentation
- Act as primary liaison with embassies, consulates, and government agencies
- Monitor application timelines and proactively address processing bottlenecks
- Maintain accurate digital and physical records of all visa-related activities
- Communicate processing status updates to seafarers and internal departments
- Collaborate with HR and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in visa processing or diplomatic liaison
- Proficiency in document verification and embassy communication protocols
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems
- Knowledge of maritime industry regulations is advantageous
