Tanggung Jawab

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and government agencies.
  • Facilitate effective communication between OMG Cosmetics Inc and partner organizations to ensure alignment.
  • Coordinate and attend meetings to represent the company’s interests and agenda professionally.
  • Draft, review, and distribute official correspondence, reports, and internal memos.
  • Monitor ongoing projects and commitments, following up to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Resolve inquiries, complaints, and issues raised by external parties in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain an organized database of partner information and contact details for future reference.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a liaison, customer service, or administrative support role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
