DYNAMIC INTERNATIONAL VENTURES OPC is currently seeking a dedicated Liaison Officer to join our team in Metro Manila. In this critical role, you will act as the primary bridge between our organization and the Philippine National Police (PNP) Firearms and Explosives Office (FEO).
As our Liaison Officer, you will be responsible for the efficient processing of firearm registrations, renewals, and legal documentation. Success in this position requires a thorough understanding of regulatory requirements, exceptional patience, and the ability to maintain professional relationships with government personnel. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end processing of firearm registrations and releases at the PNP Firearms and Explosives Office.
- Ensure all documentation complies with existing Republic Act standards and internal company policies.
- Maintain a systematic log of all applications, tracking status updates and providing timely reports to management.
- Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather necessary requirements for permits and licenses.
- Resolve administrative bottlenecks and proactively troubleshoot issues that may arise during the submission process.
- Represent the company professionally in all interactions with government officials and office staff.
- Keep up-to-date with changes in firearms laws and administrative requirements within the Philippines.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a liaison, administrative, or government relations role.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine firearm laws and regulatory requirements is highly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to maintain professional composure under pressure.
- Highly detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time-management capabilities.
- Proficiency in basic office software (MS Office, Google Workspace) and digital documentation tools.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining strict confidentiality.
- High school graduate or college level; relevant vocational training is a plus.
