In this critical on-site role, you will serve as the central point of contact for all permit-related administrative functions, ensuring that our documentation processes are seamless, compliant, and efficient. You will be responsible for the meticulous preparation, filing, and updating of various permits, working closely with different departments to gather necessary information and maintain accurate records.
Beyond the core responsibilities of permit management, this position requires a proactive approach to office management. You will play a key role in maintaining a clean, organized, and professional office environment, supporting daily operations, and acting as a liaison to facilitate effective communication across the team. Tanggung Jawab
- Process, update, and file permit applications and supporting documents with high accuracy and strict adherence to deadlines.
- Manage and maintain comprehensive digital and physical filing systems for all administrative records.
- Coordinate with internal departments to collect, verify, and submit required information for permit processing.
- Maintain the organization of office common areas and shared workspaces to ensure a professional environment.
- Perform advanced word processing tasks, including drafting correspondence, reports, and internal memos.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies and local government regulations regarding documentation.
- Provide general administrative support and act as a liaison between staff and management as needed.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in an administrative support role, specifically in document management or permit processing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Meticulous attention to detail is essential for data entry and document accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work onsite in Makati City and collaborate effectively in a team-based setting.
